  1. Been a personal trainer for 9 years, took more than one course in sledding. Ben is saying the exact same thing I've been saying about sledding and leg/glute/joint strength. Good to see my professional opinion confirmed. I always and instinctively knew sledding is effective in several ways and this video reached millions more people than I ever could.

  2. I was stabbed in the knee by a black guy while riding my horse in the George Washington national forest. He didn't live. Anyway sled pulls made me even stronger than before. Read about it in mde

I don’t even know where the “don’t let your knees go over your toes” came from but I’ve thought about it my entire life when doing squats or even sitting down and having my feet not directly under my knees. It’s like a mind virus that this guy is destroying. Next up the rule that you can’t go swimming for 20 minutes after you eat.
