I started doing his program 4 months ago after having a 36 yr old ACL repair cleaned up. My other knee which I tore the ACL in in '93 I never had fixed. It was sooo bad as I was favoring it so much. Dr said to come back for a knee replacement when your other knee feels better. I am doing so much better. Combined with diet and the KOT exercises I am confident and active. I just keep getting better and better. I am excited for a year from now and where I will be at!
Seems like a great guy, my main question is: what are these “pockets of data” that he’s always referring to. I’ve yet to see him cite any sources.

I messed up my knees because of my Bball training. The price we pay to bump our heads on the rim supports (only 6'4")
