7:00 Many things in the Bible, have more than one meaning. Water also means people and the life/death cycle. The context of the verse seems to be saying the water will literally turn blood like. But it is for the people to drink. Due to shedding the blood of Saints and Prophets. The sea has already been turned to blood, killing everything in it. In this case it is now the fresh water, from springs and streams. But the verses don't mention killing everything in them. They focus on the people drinking from them.
