He's making a major assumption that Covid19 is equally contagious as the highly contagious flu but 8% of the US population gets the flu annually which is approximately 26 Million. After 3 months of covid19 only 250,000 confirmed cases. This indicates that it's nowhere near as contagious as the flu. It seems to be more deadly because it replicates twice as fast as the flu in the body. Those ill with comorbidities can die within three weeks rather than 6 weeks with the flu. This gives less opportunity for proper medical care. Especially when hospitals are overwhelmed and underequipped. Hospitals are having to turn away 9 out of 10 people showing up at the hospital thinking they have Covid just 'cause of a little sniffle or cough. This is part of the impact of social media perpetuating irrational fear.

Best prevention is don;t be a obese fat fuck, don;t be a smoker, don;t be a drunk or drug addict. Do these simple things and your chances of survival go up dramatically, even if you're elderly.
