The only way to stop a pandemic is to seal all borders, even to Americans abroad. This obviously won’t happen, hell, we are about to let a ship dock in Florida filled with sick people. So yes, this will happen again. The only hope is that the Chinese have learned a lesson. But they probably haven’t.
