I served on a jury here in AZ for a felony charge for possession of marijuana. The only evidence the prosecutor had was the statements from the two officers who conducted the arrest. Neither statement matched and we voted not guilty. Both attorneys came in after the trial to speak to us and the prosecuting attorney began reprimanding us for about ten minutes (yelling and pretty much calling us idiots). His argument was there was no need for any kind of body camera footage, photos of the drugs, no finger prints needed, no other witnesses at a public bus stop, nothing other than the complete contradiction of these two officers reports. Yet this person was facing FELONY charges. It was pretty crazy to see his reaction, I thought he was going to cry because he lost a case and this innocent person got to walk. His winning was the only thing he cared about and it was blatantly obvious after his trial "debrief".
glad to hear there is new evidence out about this case. looking at the year old comments at this case rly pisses me off. so quick to assume this guy is supporting a baby murderer just by what he said? then one comment says sum dum asz lie n then evryones qouting that comment sayin shes def guilty. wel, new evidence came out annnd he was right. she wasnt guilty. i cannot believeee these mf comments lik…
If she is in the appeal process if he discusses any part of the case he could jeopardize it…if he is not part of her legal team they are not gonna discuess it either..
