I had a botfly living in my leg while in Bolivia for a couple months lol. The best part is, you can feel it feeding on your flesh, and the hole in your skin stays open so it can breathe. The first few days the wound would very slowly bleed throughout the day and night. Then the blood coming out eventually turned brownish… that was it's poop. It was pooping out my own flesh onto myself. Fun times 😀
