I know some of those words.
He clearly loves hearing himself talk. He could have explained this in 2 minutes so the average person can understand what he's saying very clearly.
Shortened version: The lab mice that are used to test drugs are no longer Able to provide an accurate prediction for how safe they will be for humans. As a side consequence, these mice have developed a biological future that could extend human life expectancy.
I can't tell if Joe is tired or high but he looks out of it.
