I started cooking because, single parent, my mother would work away from home for days at a time. We had the groceries but no one cooking them. my little brothers had to eat!!! Started with left over stir frys(recalentado for the Hispanics), eggs, then proteins etc. I was also a wrestler for a good portion of my life. So I have a strong relationship with good now 😂
