No, a drip machine is miles away from competing with v60, chemex and aeropress. Drip has inconsistent water temps that are often boiling (big no no) and the top is steamed/overcooked because there is a lid.
Also, depending on the roast and origin of the beans you will want varying brew times and potentially slight temperature differences. You don’t get any of that with drip. Just sayin
