I've mastered the self-shaming portion of this, how do I get the voice to be more reasonable in its demands? Example: Today I've studied for 8h, cleaned a bit, went for a walk/jog/run. Still, the voice isn't happy. It's complaining that I'm not learning fast enough and that I shouldn't have to take breaks during the run, etc. Help?
I have major bouts of depression.. and I feel like shit for weeks after! I’m a a steel worker and haven’t stopped working fo 30 yrs and work swing shift.. I don’t want a dime from anyone and feed myself off my land from years of work and learning 👍 life is tuff, suck it up buttercup
