The only concern Conor has with a return to the UFC is to win a belt…..he has bigger money paydays elsewhere & he has a losing streak against opposition that wouldn't have troubled him in his prime…he has 1 objective & that is a title….. He won't be interested in fighting warm ups or fighting his way back into contention….he knows he is still good enough to cause an upset if he gets through especially in the first round….. He also knows he could get hurt and stopped early but if it's against a champ, it won't be a humiliation but that it'd be seen as a brave challenge and that he'd new going out on his shield….a heavy loss to anyone other than a title holder would see him ridiculed and all of his achievements faded from memory
People need to accept that Conor McGregor isn't the same anymore he's not as good as he used to be prime Conor would have beat Dustin and he just snapped his leg. Conor isn't the same. Go look at his fights back in 2015-16 and look at his recent fights. It's sad but it's true
