Maybe we should just get rid of insurance. Maybe the reason medical costs are so high is because the insurance will cover it.
We over 100 million unemployed adults and only 7.2 million opens jobs. Even if we outsouce welfare to charity, it doesnt solve the issue of dependence. Do RePublicans really care about people getting on their feet or is this really about not paying taxes?

People under 40 are far healthier than our parents were at the same age.
There are far less smokers and alcoholics today then there was 20 years ago.
Secondly, it's not about a fear of working hard or struggling. Today young people have to work twice as long and twice as hard to get less, and most of us are just one injury or flu away from loseing everything we've worked for.
Cost of living is higher than it was 40 years ago.
Payroll deductions/taxes are higher than they were 40 years ago.
Healthcare costs are higher than they were 40 years ago.
College costs are higher today than they were 40 years ago.
However, wages haven't gone up at all. A factory worker in 1940 made $6 an hour. A factory worker in 1980 made $14 an hour. A factory worker in 2020 makes $14 an hour.
Someone tell me how thats ok.
