This is good but needs extra information. DIABOLO or devil in greek means someone who is a slanderous and a false accuser.
This means someone who blames life on others. E.g. It was not my fault I did these things, it was the drugs, the alcohol, the others made me, I had no choice. So all those who concentrated on themselves in life are put together because they did not want to grow a soul in God. If they repent in understanding the truth, their sin is taken away.

The gold. Gold represents work by thought. God needs us to work. To take in information and analyse it. So the master gives some Gold to his 3 servants. God gives you a thought and steps back to see what you will do with it. Some will do nothing, some will try hard. God then collects your thought in the harvest.
Good is seperated from evil thought. Rember the tree of knowledge of good and evil that is a curse. The evil thought is in contrast to good thought and we constantly battle with survival on Earth, trying to do good while amongst evil.
The people in Heaven are sorted. One group follows as in a herd and the others do their own thing. God is saying that they do not belong to him so can all go together in one place where they live as individuals fighting each other. The herd joins together to be in oneness under a controller or teacher.
God gives so that we may recieve and give back. To think and work in Him.
