Trying to be inclusive plz hear me out: problem is not only gays women black brown poor, it's everyone; We are all made fun of, ridiculed and made small, atomized, relegated. The only way to be cool is to be rich, to be the Man, as if those who designed the sistem designed also the rules and put themselves way up on top. Fuck all else, you are an other. Approach a gated community that's not your own and feel the discrimination and the fear of your otherness to experience it fully.
The deep state that Shermer largely doesn't believe in will not allow many things to be changed.
Power is more centralized than ever, we have less and less influence over even those institutions directly around us.
