The fact that two Pimps have more of a sense of honour than most "thugs" on the streets today saddens me.
My father and uncle always told me: "hey, ya win some … ya lose some."
When the fights over, the beef is over and y'all can go on your separate ways. I once got in a fight with a kid at school, our quarrel was petty cause I can't even remember why our dumba**'s were fighting. But after I beat him, homeboy offered his hand and just said: "Aye we good?"
Took me by surprise and I thought he was up to something, but no … dude shook my hand dusted himself off and we went on with more respect than we had for one another.
I didn't win that fight easily either, he got in some damn good shots and I piece of my mind was certain I'd lose, it was a Pyrrhic Victory. Still chat with him from time to time after all these years and we have a laugh over a beer whenever I go back home to visit family.
That's how fights ought to be, once you win or lose. You go home to your family, never a shame in losing a fight either, you still stood for something at the end of the day.
Back when men were men Sadly I’m not from that generation bc I ai t taking as ass whopping I de-escalate and will never be the aggressor but I’d send you home to Glory fucking with me 🤷🏽♂️
That was the key. When he lost he still was Bobby🙌🏾 No confidence lost.
