I think if anything there being no repercussion could be the most damageable. A lot of establishments have a ZERO tolerance violence mark attached to them and I think will getting up and hitting someone and nothing being is not Zero Tolerance.
Like if the same exact thing happened at an Elementary School- would it of been the same reaction followed by the same fall out.
