Ok so I agree with the sentiment that Howard Stern is now and has been a bona fide super celebrity for decades. He's increasingly retreating into his bubble of not seeing things from an every man perspective. The corporate speech he gave was supposed to be motivational. It wasn't "to" his employees. That's not a good point to hit him on at all. And despite his obvious issues now with relating to normal people, I do still love the show and the characters. He's an excellent entertainer that's built a pretty impressive thing.

I'll always appreciate what Howard did and the many years of laughter but I am sad to see what the show evolved into. I don't begrudge him his well earned success but he turned into what he once fought against.
