Jesus never spoke about hell or even mentioned the word hell itself. The word he spoke was "Gehenna" in reference to the Valley of Hinnom, a garbage dump outside the walls of Jerusalem. This garbage dump was set on fire and continued burning as long as there was trash to be burned in it. Anything that entered Gehenna was totally burned up or eaten by maggots. Gehenna, Sheol and Hades are scriptural words from Geek or Hebrew language. The word Hell is not a scrptural word from Geek, Arimaic or Hebrew but is a pagan word from the Nordic, Germanic cultures
According to Jesus hell is a place for people who reject God. Rebelling against his kingship and rejecting his grace.
