  1. Ok but the KJV didn't fall from the sky in full form at any point. It was compiled and translated by people who may or may not have been righteous messengers of God and rather just employees of the king that ultimately decided what the contents of the Bible would be. Then there are the Dead Sea Scrolls. Additionally, if Enoch walked with God and was highly esteemed to the point where he didn't have to face death on earth, why wouldn't his book be considered official? Lastly, in theory, all books are informative, even if the information is just someone's opinion which we have the choice to agree with or not. By logic of exclusion, wouldn't only accepting the words of Jesus be the best practice for Christians? By logic of exclusion, the old testament shouldn't be part of the cannon. If someone who was supposedly inspired by God to tell certain stories makes mention of and references to a book several times in biblical scripture, what makes that book less than the others of its time – especially if it's from the old testament era? It doesn't seem right to blindly trust whoever was rich enough to oversee the full development of the Bible. The book of Jasher is probably, in its original form, about as accurate as the Pentateuch aka the oldest books in the Bible cannon. For that matter, the book of Revolution seems much more likely to be inaccurate. Faith and discernment are the principles we should practice in regard to books mentioned in the Bible.

  2. Joshua 10:13
    King James Version
13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
