Dillon is a superficial man, he flaunts his superficiality. Arguing with Gates would increase his reputation.
Bill Gates is not the good billionaire. He tried to monopolize and commodify the covid vaccine formula, and didn't seem to understand why this would naturally keep it out of the hands of the poorest people on earth. He also had some pretty close ties to Jeff Epstein that he can't really defend or expand upon to this day. He's a creep and everything else is an act.
