CIA is in contact with occulted families of Royal blood lines that will preform rituals on babies to fracture the mind. Creating a hidden blank personality that endures pain and is triggered by certain sounds. Then when the child is old enough they hand them over to handlers. Now the handler knows the triggers as well. At this point in time they can trigger the blank personality and start programing it. Once these sessions are over they trigger the other personality that conceals the hidden one. The personalities have no knowledge of each other. This allows full deniability and the ability to beat torture. Because they to not know the triggers to activate the hidden side.

The truth that MKULTRA actually exists is utterly crazy and scary. For me, scariest part is not the utterly insane ramblings of Charles Manson. No, the scariest part is that Manson made sense. The fact that he made sense is what compelled people to follow and believe in him.
Then suddenly you hear “Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.” (Wizard of Oz).
Programming people didn’t start with MKULTRA. Take for example, Pavlovian Conditioning. Subjects are programmed with a behavioral response to neural stimuli. Pavlovian Conditioning in conjunction with a person’s natural response system, known as a “knee jerk reaction.” So can people’s responses to stimuli be programmed. (No question mark). One should ask, to what extent has behavioral conditioning been used beyond Pavlov.
Behavioral Conditioning is revalent to MKULTRA, we should be discussing behavioral conditioning. Then what of brainwashing, Propaganda, Public Relations or the Joe Rogan Show.
One figure stands out in my mind- When the topic moves to brainwashing through mass media, the use of collectivism and cognitive dissonance. The scholarly works of Edward Bernays. Because ordinary people were not meant to have access to the information. The findings of deep psychological studies are not meant to be readily consumed by the public.

The destroyed MKULTRA files must have contained findings that the CIA wanted to keep secret.
Likely more than the fact the human brain will block out traumatic experiences. Thus leaving a blank spot in a person’s memory- In an attempt to remain sane. That is already known.
Then what of the experimentation and findings of MKULTRA that have been destroyed. How would someone know if their memory had been erased and replaced with false memories? Maybe it is best to just pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
