We were all lucky to be born at this time, even poor people in America live better than 99%+ of humans that have ever lived. Even the most powerful people in the world 200 years ago didn't have common comforts that we take for granted like refrigerators, air conditioning, plumbing, easy access to food and medical care, being able to easily and affordably travel all over the world, the list goes on. It's all relative. Also "luck is when preparation meets opportunity."
