Joe mentions, quite justifiably, that "just being able-bodied" means that one is lucky. I might add that there are plenty of disabled people, foremost among whom I count myself, who are also incredibly lucky. If you're watching this, it's likely that you live in a developed country that is by-and-large free, both economically and politically. We are all incredibly lucky and have unprecedented opportunities for economic and social mobility. We'd do well to remember that, and pair such luck with a strong work ethic to improve our own lives and those of the people around us.
