Traditions of Men have removed these Holy Spirit inspired texts. I implore anyone who is hesitant of these to research the findings at the Qumran Caves, aka Dead Sea Scrolls. Books like this, 2 Esdras and Enoch and Jasher and Jubilees and many others were found preserved alongside canonical books. They are not contradicting, but yet complimentary to our 66 book canon. Be a Berean and test these things with the spirit!

the book of Enoch is scripture God gave me the name Methuselah and I researched his name and only found his name in the bible a few times and it was just his name. Only book you find anything about him/ story line behind his name is in the book of Enoch because Methuselah is his son. I know what I heard I know that was the name given to me you can write it off as a lie do whatever, I know the truth and what he told me. Read chapter 100-105 explains how the book is given to certain people in the end of days. He led me to this video
I am reading the book of Enoch and it is a great read. Just because this book is not in the bible does not mean it should not be read and researched. As noted in comments below the Catholic Church removed the book of from the early KJV for numerous reasons, one being that the church could not or would not accept the fact that fallen angels mated with women of the earth which resulted in Nephilim being born. These giants, "men of renown", Genesis, Chapter 6, verse 4, are clearly spoken of in Enoch. And just because a book is not in the bible does not deny each of us the process of critical thinking. The writings of Josephus, a jewish historian writing from Rome, is not included in the bible yet do we ignore it completely? I think not as Josephus, in his works, speaks of Jesus who lived during his time. Also, do we ignore all of the archaeological findings that actually support the historicity of the bible? Adam has made a good case for extra-biblical studies and to ignore those studies lessons our ability to gleen from history facts that only increase our faith in the bible and in Jesus Christ.
I'm convicted to remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Adam, why are we having "church" on Sundays? I can't see that Yahovah changed that.
