Once again it is time to drop the lies and traditions of men. Did God allow books like these to be hidden away? Yes. I also believe this is part of the “unsealing” and “knowledge increasing” in the prophecy of the book of Daniel.
I believe we see here in 2nd Esdras, some of the Mystery of just who the 144,000 are… Not dogmatic, but presenting information.
It’s only my job to plant seeds, not debate. The 66 book cannon contains all that is needed to understand the creation account, history, teachings, the life, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and salvation through him alone and of course, prophecy all throughout.
I do believe God allowed certain books to be hidden, in order to accomplish his will and if one wants to learn more, they can search these matters out, if not, then so be it. All I’m saying, is before you call this book heresy, take a look at the evidence provided and discern these matters with the spirit and of course pray on the matter and see what your Heavenly Father lays on your heart.
To make it clear, I am NOT saying reading these books make anyone more saved or qualified than another, I’m just personally addicted to truth and seeking him with all my heart and in doing so, has led me here and wanted to share my journey with my brothers and sisters.

I found this when I read 2 Esdras for the first time. It’s amazing to see. When you know the scriptures and read extra biblical texts Jesus words pop off the page at you. What an amazing revelation. Praise his holy name

In bible history, Esdras was in the 1916 KJV Bible and later removed.
