  1. #1 tip: don’t BUY carbs!
    make a shopping list & it’s easy to just buy the good stuff. Keep it fatty & meaty/fishy. Use broccoli florets as a mop for the juices.

    #2 do something for others, or for yourself that requires a lot of energy, time and attention.

    #3 Walk just a bit faster, walking slow gets boring.
    You can feel more muscles & its more fun & satisfying.
