  1. Nice going Gad. Personally I’ve been walking 20k-50k steps a day every day for the past couple months..started at 188 and now I’m down to 148. It’s the little moments, like finding out you lost 50 lbs body weight, that counts..

  2. This is great to listen to. Ive recently (3 weeks?) been going to the gym and tracking my intake and weight with MyFitnessPal, and i feel great already. Ive been watching it for about 2 months, been in gym for 3 weeks. I started at 258 just like Saad, i weighed in today at 247
