Akhenaten, Moses & Monotheism ForYouTube

Rebel, tyrant, and prophet of arguably the world’s earliest monotheistic religion, Akhenaten has been called history’s first individual. His impact upon ancient Egyptian customs and beliefs stretching back for centuries was so alarming that, in the generations following his death in 1336 BC, he was branded a heretic. Official king lists omitted his name.

Akhenaten was not supposed to become pharaoh. The son of Amenhotep III, who dominated the first half of the 14th century BC, ruling over a court of unprecedented luxury and magnificence that placed great emphasis on solar theology, Prince Amenhotep, as he was then called, was younger brother to the crown Prince Thutmose. Following Thutmose’s unexpected death, though, he became the heir apparent – and when his father died in 1353 BC, he took the throne as Amenhotep IV.

  1. I too agree that Christianity is the direct derivative of Aten Religion. Maybe Aten was misinterpreted by common Egyptians as Sun, a mistake not rectified due to political considerations, but in essence was the worship of formless God represented by light. Archeology has proved that Slave Jews did not build pyramids, but we know that Aten's followers were banished towards what is now known as Palestine, infact it's bcoz of this they got the name Israel, Joseph Davidovits, a leading British Archeologist has demonstrated that “iisii-r-iar” the oldest reference of "Israel" is in fact an egyptian sentence meaning : 'those exiled because of their sin'. Pharaohs Ramsès II and Merneptah used this sentence when talking about the exiled Akhenaton’s followers, forced to quit Egypt.
The name of this people 'iisii-r-iar' changed into 'Israël', through the alteration of the letter r into l.
The Jewish influence is perhaps a reaction born out of killing of Golden calf worshippers by Moses, a group murdered by Levites decided to cut all associaltions to egypt and appropriate the religion for themselves. Circumcision was a common egyptian hygiene practice and this was made as a loyalty test to the group. Even to this day Levites are viewed differently than rest of the tribes. And there's no way that those who fled egypt were from a specific racial stock.
Akhnetans faith was commanded by love, he is the only pharaoh who is depicted with children, they made it into a regimented religion which Jesus sought to rectify. And here comes Freud with the guilt theory.
This is not to rule out God but to clarify our own understanding of the Supreme. Rest of the stories are well known to the discerning.
