We are building low income housing 8 floors out of the ground and we are giving this to people. They pay $1 rent, $0 food, $0 medical, they tend to make $40,000 annual at the MTA or whatever job and they get to have a middle class life. The grimy, drug addicted, psychotic, homeless who do not want to be in a home nor can they make the $40,000 annual at a job, cannot do it. They are serious drug addicts and we have to treat addiction. It's a long road. We have to build Pentagon sized hospitals all over the country and that is the way out. We also have to legalize prostitution, gambling and drugs to pay for it. Most of them will not get out of the hospital.
