France for example has a still very solid social security system (absolute free first quality health if you earn less than 1500 usd aprox and acording to your income you pay a percentage, social services will take care of any problem of children psicological atention, abusive parents or just not qualified to give the child a proper parenthood, help for rent according your income, real institutional help to start a business or look for a job, really very very incredible,, but it was stablished after many decades of popular strugle,and "they" are trying to slowly make it disappear! Unfortunately In USA, people are held uneducated and not dangerous at all if they can buy whatever they are made believe they need!!! It is very difficult task.Good luck world!!! They let the problems escalate to bring down the property value of those areas so investors can buy the land at low prices and convert the areas into upscale communities so international billionaires can invest their millions and the local government can collect property taxes. There is no money in finding the cure. As long as the crime and homeless doesn’t spill into the affluent communities, it’s not an emergency for decision makers.

Homelessness is a business they dont want it to go away. They want the people messed up and weak not healthy and strong.
