Men was sent here to Earth as a test. God sent messengers throughout the ages, to remind humanity that their destiny is in the hand of God alone. Those who obey Him will rewarded abd those who deny defy him will be punished. King Solomon was messenger just like his father David, so was Jesus. There is only one God and the rest are all his creations. You don't need a mediator to seek God.
