  1. If you take ancient stone structures that we don't know much about and remove all of those in the dataset that are N/S oriented (like playing a game of "Guess Who" to remove noise from the dataset), the vast majority of what's left are oriented toward Greenland, which was the center of the last glacial maximum. Humans have been around 500,000 years. There are four points over Greenland down the 47.1 W Meridian where these things are oriented. (other things oriented toward it is the line of symmetry of Stonehenge [yes, take that with a grain of salt since it was rebuilt in the 20th century] and the main road in Greenwich) We are entering the fifth warm period within the past 500,000 years. Let's now assume True North for those structures oriented toward those points on Greenland, the distance from Teotihuacan is nearly the same as the distance from today's True North to the pyramids on the Giza plateau, which are oriented due north. And if you were to stand at the top of the stairs on each platform at El Caracol, each of which is offset from the one beneath it, and look straight ahead, you would be facing each platform's true north, and the corners would align with where the summer and winter solstices would be for that respective true north.
