The Aramaic and Palestinian targums are not as old as we think they are. The only Month named in the Torah is Abib, which when we overlay the calendars we can see is March. God Numbered the Months, He did not name them. Because names can be changed, but numbers can always be counted. Amein ποΈ So, the fact that there's a bunch of names in the targums, instead of Numbers which is God's design, shows that they were written after they went into captivity. I'm not saying you said that it was a different time, I'm just clarifying that. We were clearly instructed to Guard the Month of Abib as being the First Month, as being the Month that the children were brought out of Egypt.πΆπ―
