Joe Rogan, I know you probably won't see my comment and this has nothing to do with your podcast. I've been a longtime fan of yours for about 20 years now. You think outside the box and I've never heard you give bad advise. I need your help. I'm days away from losing my job.
So, I hit a deer on the 24th of last month and a friend recommended a good body guy he's done business with. I met with the owner/body guy and negotiated $2,500 to repair the car. I sent him $1,000 for labor and paid $1,400 for the parts he ordered. He's now claiming they sent the wrong parts and now he needs another $300 dollars. Hes had my car for almost 3 weeks and no parts. I had the parts company email me an itemized receipt because things weren't adding up with his story. I found he ordered 6 parts all for a Ford and only 1 part for my Subaru. It's clear this guy is trying to screw me over. Im so screwed and have no idea how to approach this. I'm out of money and live 60 miles from his shop. If I don't get this handled soon I will lose my job. I'm lost and living out of a crummy motel trying to get back on my feet. My car and my clothes are all I have. Please, if you can think of anything I'd appreciate it. I know you're a busy man. Thanks for your time.
