Seems like you are adding to the scroll and distorting the word of God, claiming that there are other reasons why we would be in captivity. God tells us exactly why we go into captivity; it is for disobedience and serving idols (Lev. 26, Deut 28). The people of the Bible, such as Nehemiah, Daniel, Jeremiah, etc. knew exactly why God's people were in captivity, it was evident in their prayers that they understood that they needed to repent for themselves and their ancestors. Additionally, God says throughout the Bible that if we return to Him, He will heal us, restore us, and heal our land and that we will live in the land in safety. All of our problems come either from Him building us for a specific purpose (as in the case of Job or Joseph) or punishment/discipline, but as a people in bondage/captivity, it is because of sin. Bible is clear on that. Any books that have suddenly shown up should be congruent with God's Word or they are most certainly not part of His Word
