Something that helps me a lot is to be fully engaged, even in the way I place myself. I am only in high school but sometimes during lunch I go up to people for a conversation and I plant myself, I ask them if I can sit by them but when I do I sit there, strew my things, food, homework, whatever about and just be there to talk to them and enjoy my lunch. I think this falls in the Be Natural category. Food is the perfect thing to act natural, why are you sitting there? Because your eating. No conversation, eat. There is no stress to keep the conversation going, you can just chill next to the person until it is completely established that it is a real conversation. There is a certain point where the conversation turns from small talk to big talk. I think the food helps get past that small talk point.
Brother, your injury can easily be healed. Just trust in the Holy Spirit and speak healing in Jesus name. He WILL totally heal you. I have seen many true healings. God Bless.
