Thanks for this help. May I add number 8, always pray before starting our your evangelism. I forgot once and it was very sticky. Yes, a comfortable life is a hindrence. Need to set aside one day to start.
When I first read about spiritual gifts, I thought, anything but evangelism or ministry. Lately I just sense that God is calling me to evangelism. He put you, Derek Prince and David Diga Hernandez in front of me on YouTube after watching several Christian movies.
So now I’m trying to prepare myself to obey. I’ve never focused on memorization of verses, and in fact I have a struggle doing so. You have such a polished, heartfelt flow to your sermons, and an ease with parables. You’ve had some good mentors too. I’m sure the Holy Spirit will help me. And I’ll need Him to put the words in my mouth for sure.
God bless you. I have a question. What if you want to talk about Jesus and the word but don't know it very well do you still talk anyways? I really want to but I don't feel I know alot to do so and because I'm not very good at expressing myself. Please give me advise.
We have to remember, it's not us that saves, it's Christ. We are only to spread the seeds, God makes them grow.
