Whoever is born of his mother's womb cannot inherit the kingdom of God unless he is born of the Holy Spirit. Because of Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. God will give his eternal kingdom only for Jesus' brothers and sisters and his family. (Born from his spirit)
The Holy Spirit is the divine power that created human beings from the heavenly world to have spiritual GENES and to live forever, Humans must be created or "born "from a male + female fertilized egg to live on this earth. Two opposite's things create energy and barring a fruit. But a person must be "born "of God's Holy Spirit to live in the heavenly world after death.
The Holy Spirit dwelt in the womb of the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ was conceived. THE WORD In the same way, when a person accepts Jesus, who is the WORD of God, when the Holy Spirit enters into the person who received the word of God, that person is born as a new creation. Such birth is rebirth or a birth from above or again John 3:3.
Life comes from life, but through physical and spiritual intimacy processes. For example, let's look at this idea now.

And Elkanah “KNEW "Hannah as his wife, and the LORD remembered her. And in due time Hannah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Samuel, (1 Samuel 1:8)
Elkanah + Hannah his wife= bore a Son (Samuel) temporarily lived in the time zone and died.
What does this mean? Life, both in heaven and on earth, life is defined by intimate relationships. It was only when Adam knew Eve that Cain was born as a son, similarly Samuel was born when Hanna's husband Elkanah knew Hannah.
So is there an implicational on spiritual birth? Yes it does, the bible says that
" knowing Jesus Christ is eternal life (John 17; 3)

This means that when a person " KNEW" Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit will create a new eternal life, in the physical man Spirit, from the heavenly world, As The Holy Spirit dwelt as dwelt in the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ was born, likewise, Jesus will be born inside a sinful natural man dead spirit and give him a new life as an eternal seed. Despite the fact a human was born on earth from two opposite creatures, a woman's egg and a man's seed, but in heaven he will born from one seed from God. When a person is born from the heavenly world by the Holy Spirit of God and Jesus begins to live in him/her, it means that the re-creation of the human being is not from the will of the flesh, but from the will of God. From the Holy Spirit. When this happens, a person born of the Holy Spirit is called a child of God, which means that he became the brother of Jesus in the spiritual world. This is why the Bible says that Jesus is not ashamed to call God's children his brothers. Therefore, when the Holy Spirit dwells in the natural man, Jesus Christ is born into the heart or life of the sinner.
A person who is not born of the Holy Spirit is not called a child of God, he is a creation of God. It means that he will not inherit the kingdom of God. For he is not the child of God.
