It amazes me how people can say that keeping the Shabbat is bondage. How is setting a day aside to stay in prayer, the word, worship, rest from our busy week of work, and basking in his presence, bondage? Some will argue we do, but not Saturday, hmm when did Yeshua say Sunday? Yes we are to worship him every day. But with the Shabbat, we are setting a day aside. To be kept holy and set apart. To show him obedience. When I was first learning and coming to his will for us with the Shabbat. I asked him, about people’s arguments about which day and giving up work on the Shabbat. That people say giving up any work is legalism. Then the Holy Spirit told me, then how is it set apart and holy? This is a good thing, if I think about taking away the Shabbats that I have kept till now. That’s taking away the things he taught me on those days. That time I had and have with him. That would grieve my heart. That real intimate time, while shutting out the busyness of life. The Shabbat is a beautiful blessing and gift from our Father. Had to comment before I’ve finished video.
