I have this uncanny thought that it wasn't Elijah that performed the acts that are written in his name, but Elisha, and not only that I'm also feeling it wasn't a man but a woman, wasn't from the Holy Land but from upper Mongolia, and she was Asian.
I don't know why but I've always felt this way since I first heard the story in bible school.
Humble are the pure at heart.
There were actually 3 people:Enoch, Elijah, & Our Lord's Own Blessed Mother Mary (Revelation chapter 12).
This begs the question why is the book of Enoch (the same one, who was taken by God to observe the whole creation) considered wrong and removed from the Bible
I'm believing that Elijah and Enoch will be the two servants of the Lord during the Tribulation. It makes sense to me because God took them to heaven for a future time, they will preach His Word, die for the first time and be made alive again to prove to the people God's power and to convince people to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior while they still can despite the final battle being fought.
