That is a stupid analogy. We know somebody created a watch because we know the watch is a human invention, and we know humans exist.
We don’t know that God exists though, so we can’t presume he made the Earth. Equally, even if we accept that there was a creator of Earth, why does it have to be God? You have committed a God of the Gaps fallacy. For all we know, Earth could have been created by Aliens (which I don’t believe btw, I’m an evolutionist)
When are you next 'doing' Manchester? Just so I can not be there.
