The people of the world are not responsible enough to follow these guide lines and we are going to see an increase in the number of infected by reopening no mater what laws you put into place to justify it and call it even close to safe. I get its a double edge sword on the one hand a country needs to keep running and on the other hand at what risk? how would reopening and undoing what little we have been able to do about this virus help the people and the economy. We are no where near close to figuring out how to stop this virus . Well i am glad i don't have to make these decisions its a damned if you do damned if you don't situation. I just hope all goes well and hope people can do the right thing and do your part to keep you and others safe.
