The thrones have the power the cast to the darkness anyone who crossed them. Crossing one throne is crossing the will of the Holy Spirit by doing so denying the Holy Spirit.
Do not ever confused a thrones with any other rank of angels. They represent the Holy Spirit himself.
there are not "two most popular angels" in the bible. Angels don't want to be popular, don't care for being popular and only obey God. Just like it is forbidden to pray to angels like the catholics do. Angels do not listen to us, they only listen to God, their Creator.
