The idea that eve was raped and impregnated sadly seems like a possibility given the way humans behave – as above/so below. The other version Iʻve heard is that the serpent was actually Moʻowahine, Ayahuasca, Sophia or Ninhersag, a mother goddess who was trying help free humanity from slavery. The evidence of this is that linguistically serpent actually means woman & mystery in ancient egyptian. The other theory is that all the gods were reptilians.
