The second portion covers the court case Zen was involved in concerning a challenge he made public in 2017, offering an $8250 reward to anyone who could through scientific experimentation confirm the existence of curvature or that the earth was moving.
The premise of whether the earth was spherical or flat became the focus of this case and the Magistrate Judge Judy Crowe after hearing deliberation set a historical legal precedent by siding with Zen Garcia and his argument against the existence of curvature.

The Bible is not evidence let alone, proof of anything, there are countless flaws and contradictions throughout scripture, but pretending that scripture counts as evidence is feeble minded at best.
Furthermore, the Earth is not a perfect sphere because it bulges at the centre due to centrifugal force, this is why you weigh 2 pounds, less at the equator, compared to standing close to the north or south pole region. This is also why you’re entire equation for curvature would not work in the first place and it also depends on whether or not you’re measuring in a north south or east west direction.
All of this is a moot point when you examine the lunar eclipse and I will share my personal explanation below.
It is a fallacy to start out with a predetermined outcome and then try to reverse engineer a story to suit your narrative!
In scientific method we ascertain the facts without a biased predetermined or preferable outcome. We use tests to prove outcome and then it is scrutinized by peers.
In a lunar eclipse the sun is on one side of the earth and the moon is on the other, never both objects in the sky at the same time as observed throughout recorded human history. (with the exception of the rare penumbra eclipse)
If the earth was flat you would see a thin stripe shadow across the centre of the moon, we don’t see that, we see a crescent shadow showing the curvature of our spherical earth pass over, eventually cover the moon and then relinquish.
If we were on a flat earth that was perpendicular to the moon then you would have to look directly straight up at a lunar eclipse and it would become dark as night at the moment of the eclipse and everyone on the planet would observe the eclipse at the exact same time and this simply doesn’t happen!
The lunar eclipse alone is checkmate, there is no counter argument for a flat pizza pie shaped earth casting a circular shadow, especially one that is supposedly covered by an enchanted blue dome keeping both the sun and the moon within the dome and on the same side of the earth. Therefore the earth is a sphere like every other planet in our solar system as observed by binoculars.
The higher you go up the further you see because you are looking over the curvature of the earth.
Water rotates in opposite directions in the northern and southern hemisphere because the earth is rotating, this has been proven thousands of times over.
Finally, millions of amateur photographers and astronomers have recorded star formations rotating in the opposite direction from the northern and southern hemisphere.
But the lunar eclipse is checkmate
