Today, December 16th, we intended on being in court for the third time, but instead we were able to spend the day editing and compiling documents and pictures for this video which concludes our journey through the court system and announces that the case was finally withdrawn by the plaintiff after their legal counsel explained it was impossible to win!

The law did not side with the Flat Earth conspiracy theorists. A loss in court does not give credibility to false claims, it merely means that the person attempting to meet the standards to obtain a reward has failed to meet the requirements. An explanation of what actually occurred: The one individual who attempted a court filing offered "evidence" using software simulation rather than actual reproducible scientific demonstration. This method has even been criticized by flat earthers themselves. While this method definitely works excellently for illustrative purposes, it definitely will not hold up in the court of law to claim a prize as "scientific proof" for the claiming of a cash prize. There are plenty of actual experiments that can be reproduced to illustrate the planet as a globe. IF THE CASH PRIZES ARE LIGITIMATE AND WILL BE HONORED, (particularly if submitted to legal scrutiny) I may be interested in financing multiple examples backed by the expertise of several science and legal professionals (This endeavor would be seeking out to collect from all challenges simultaneously). I would use the proceeds for non-profit reimbursement with the remainder going to charity. If the experimental results prove that the world does indeed turn out to be flat, I will gladly present them and absorb the costs myself.
