Today, December 16th, we intended on being in court for the third time, but instead we were able to spend the day editing and compiling documents and pictures for this video which concludes our journey through the court system and announces that the case was finally withdrawn by the plaintiff after their legal counsel explained it was impossible to win!

I'll even take it a step further though I cannot prove the Earth is a sphere like I said all the evidence points to it I can show that the flat earth is impossible. There is no possibility that we are on a flat earth. The evidence clearly shows that. I don't want your money but I'll challenge you to this. And I will only use things that anyone can see or find out for themselves. I'm not kidding when I say there is absolutely no evidence of a flat earth. I've looked at everything you guys have brought forth the last several years and even though I was hopeful at first that this was something new and exciting I found it was just nonsense And deceptive. Whether that's purposeful or not I'm not the judge of that. So you may be a liar or you may be just confused I don't really know. I've never met you and we haven't talked. But like I said I can show how it's impossible that we live on a flat earth.
I have to apologize but I'm listening to make statements that are not factual. First off saying that water is level means you don't understand that level means curved around the earth because level is curved so every time you say that just realize you're saying water is curved. Level equals curved around the earth. It means equal height around the curve of the earth. Second your intention of mini water is flat is absolutely incorrect and saying that it can't curve is also completely completely and laughably incorrect. Water has curves everywhere there's actually no such thing as flat water. You can't find water anywhere that is flat. All water has curves all over the place it is a curvy liquid. This is because energy transfers through water and it makes water curve like crazy. I'm sure you have seen a wave. Which is an inverted curve it's actually a tube of water that surfers like to ride on. When you are in the ocean there is something called swell. That's where the water goes up and down and up and down and up and down. Because of the energy passing through it so you have hills of water and valleys of water and hills of water and valleys of water. As far as proof of the Earth being a sphere there's only one way to do that just like you can't prove the Earth is flat without doing that one thing also. But when it comes to evidence, all the evidence suggests a sphere. There is no evidence whatsoever of the Earth being flat. So I'm not sure what happened with your case congratulations you won if you're contest is that they have to prove the Earth is a sphere then no one will ever win just as much as I can put a contest stating you have to prove the Earth is flat and no one will ever win. Because all that can be done is to show evidence. Now if I put one for showing evidence the Earth was flat you still would never win because there is none. If you had put show evidence of the earth being a sphere I would win it hands-down with one thing but I could show more. Things that are irrefutable as far as evidence goes. Everything that the flat earth community shows as evidence is demonstrably incorrect and can be easily shown to be so. So again congratulations I think it's probably because it's not really fair challenge in so you outsmarted some people by being a bit deceptive like everything with the flat earth. Wish you well and hopefully you will wake up someday soon. There's lots of things that need to be dealt with and it's hard to get people out of their indoctrination more than once you guys are dug even that deeper in your cognitive dissidents this time.

Im late but I'm glad you won the case he was delusional and his case didn't make sense. You have the right to your opinion just as he has the right to his. Whether the earth is round or not you have the RIGHT to your opinion and to draw your own conclusions. How is he a victim? No one forced him to read or buy your book. He just wanted money. How could he win that case? First they would have to take away your freedom of speech and press
