  1. Obesity is a disease! Stop saying fat people are lazy. That is not true. It’s the fact that people are eating food that causes them to get fat – sugar, carbs, and starches. Educate on Keto. Exercise won’t take a person from fat to fit. It’s mostly diet! Also check into intermittent fasting. You do not need to eat three meals a day. It’s too many calories and it’s a lie!
