Yeshua said he is the Lord of the Sabbath and he said , to do GOOD is what is permitted in sabbath day, so what does that mean for the inner man. So we must strive to become good and despise evil in our own nature( thoughts, intentions, imaginations, etc.,and The Sabbath day is a day to remember this and hold fast to what is good, in thought and actions, so the Sabbath is a day to Honor Gods Goodness and honor that goodness doing good deeds. For that reason the priests critzied Yeshua for breaking the Sabath, because he healed people and did good. Unfortunately lots are doing the same as they go and sit on an earthly temple on sabbath day and sit and have a traditional jewish Sabath and forget that Yeshua was out and about doing good that day and was condemned for it. My brothers hold fast to what is good in front of our Lords eyes. Doing one thing but not forgetting the other.
The Temple is our body, just as Yeshua was the temple he said he could build in three days … the feasts are beautiful in the external but the real feast takes places inside man's heart, mind, spirit and body, in the interior of the man. All: the kingdom of God, the Spirit of Christ, the Father all dwell inside a man who walks in Truth. So the most important of the feast days is to live the experience in your inner man that is being perfected and to strengthen the relationship with God the Father and Yeshua and His Holy Spirit. Sanctification is going on in you and the rejoice of our advancement to perfection is part of the joy of the feasts. Because the cycle of the feasts is God's process of sanctification and walk with God to reach the perfect man and remind us of the future and rewards that await the Children of God. Just like Yeshua did walk and became the feasts so do we need to walk and become them and them in us.
